Hi Everyone,

I'd like to get my photography website up by December - I've purchased my domain however I'd like a professional looking website that isn't overly expensive and I don't have time to code one myself.

A friend suggested http://www.bludomain.com and I've found a couple of alternatives but they seem to have not as diverse of template selection or cost more in the long run. I'd like to use a bludomain template but it looks like a couple of years ago they had a really bad customer service record. I've found a lot of posts online about it but it all seems to be from two or three years ago.

So has anyone used them recently? Or have you used a similar service?

Thanks

The filters sound interesting, the red one really seems to make the sky stand out quite well.

I had another go at the B&W conversion in GIMP. This time using the channel mixer and no contrast adjustment. Hopefully the sky isn't so washed out. Looking better?

I could not afford the asking price of a new lens and would have jumped with a third party lens had this option not been available. At $1K it is a good buy IMHO and will also hold its value in the market should I ever decide to off load it, where as a third party lens would depreciate by around 30-40%.

Still glad I bought it, only problem now though I 'need' a f2.8 70-200!
