    As is the norm for me in the winter months of the year, my time is consumed with sports commitments. I'm coaching virtually all year round with rugby and helping out with netball in the winter and coaching softball in the summer.

    Rugby has taken more of my time this year in a coaching capacity as I introduce female collegiate players to and develop them through a structure of sports conditioning, training and competition preparation and play. Aspects of competitive sports most players haven't been exposed to before. I'll be away from here for several more weeks before I return with any consistency in terms of posting and or making comments.

    Hope all is well with everyone and keep those shutters clicking.
