    Default Embarrassing Confessions...

What cringe-worthy, super-embarrassing things have you done while shooting photos?
Whether it was leaving the lens cap on, or totally destroying the camera, or stuffing up a wedding. (Heaven-forbid!)

Not camera related, but, while working as editor of a car mag, I managed to secure a cover shoot of the Osman's Brothers WRX while it was in NZ for the 4&Rotary nats...

Shot it, got all the files on the laptop and the hard drive died...

Had to pay $1000 to have the data recovered so we could lay the mag up...

    A few tense days...
    I have a camera...

My Mother has a facebook page, my Mother in law has a facebook page, my Wife has a facebook page, and both my dogs have a facebook page...

I do not have a facebook page...

So often when i go to shoot a little group of people at random (casual function of some sort), once getting folks sorted for the composition and go to take the photo ..lens cap . It's like a blind spot for me but i can see them smiling because i'm such a dumb arse . The upside is most often when lens cap has been removed and said shot taken there is a little group of happy looking people looking at dumb arse photographer ..:P

You sound either really humble, or have a low self esteem! Bless you for being so honest!
