I like it. Nice and clean looking site. The title banner needs to be clearer though for me, by that I mean the lettering is being absorbed by the background.

The banner is my photo but I can't find any way to adjust anything else in that department. (yet)

You can change the writing on the photo though. The black type on the Wirehunt get's lost, especially the "W".

Maybe a Emboss it and make it semi transparent?

the apostrophe>s is used if it is an abbreviation, eg it's instead of it is, or if the word is a possessive, eg Stephen's piece of shit Nikon.

With regards to your banner:

I have a site of my own, also in development. I use a custom banner for each section so I chose the one from my "contact/purchase" that best illustrates what I've done.

You can see here a custom photo took and fitted it on a 800x100 canvas, moved it until it was in a position I liked.
For my font I chose something clear and reasonably bold to allow easy reading. I then added a drop shadow to make it stand out from the greenery.

I'd be more than happy to donate some of my pictures for you to make a proper banner, I can make one for you as I have the .psd
template, I can send you the .psd so you don't have to figure out the font etc for yourself, or I can simply just tell you the sizes/font etc for you to do it yourself.

Yes - bigger and chunkier for more punch - a drop shadow adds a touch of class. Makes it look like you made an effort, yanno?

and re the apostraphe issue - no you don't need to add one whenever you have a word that is a plural - sadly its a common issue

it is = shortened to it's

its = the cat licked its fur - NO apostraphe

plural = cat vs cats - NO apostraphe

referring to ownership by a person of a thing = Stephen's piece of shit Nikon
