The go pro cameras are great. ALot of friends use them on their race cars. One of them owns Go Pro NZ. Can highly recommend the HD one, will see if I can get my hands on some footage from the weekend.

The racing video is fantastic.
I think the difference to trying to do video of surfing is that the car stays level relative to the track.

I just got the HD version and did a blog on it on my photovan site .
