    Something different. Not 'funny' but a great watch if you like a good race.

    The greatest horse race with a classic commentary...
    1986 Cox Plate.



    For those of you that are more recent arrivals in NZ this was hyped as a virtual match race between 2 champion NZ horses.
    For once an event lived up to the hype...
    Nikon D300. Tamron 17-50 2.8, Nikkor 24 2.8 (as old as me..), Nikkor 35 1.8 (all DX Nikon users should have one), Nikkor 50 1.8, Nikkor 85 1.8 (awesome, gimme a 1.4 please..), Nikkor 105 2.8 Micro, Sigma 100-300 F4 EX DG. Nikon SB-600. Various filters. Gitzo monopod. Manfrotto tripod.
