Looking for a field with tall grass for a rustic photoshoot in Auckland region

I am looking for a field with tall grass for a rustic/indie photoshoot in the Auckland region.

I am new to the area so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there Zambesi theres lots of place around auckland like that. What kinda area in Auckland is best for you i know of a few great places out west in the way of Taupaki and rodney district

this time of year youll find heaps out the back of kemeu and waimakau pretty much alls you need to do is a scouting mission in those areas and you should easily find what your looking for

Yeah there is sh*tloads of drygrass out in the northwest... to think I was complaining about the rain not too long ago...

Anywhere in particular that you know can be easily accessed by the public or is this all private property?

most of it you will find is private property but people around are generally pretty friendly so a knock on a door and a quick would you mind .....

Te Rau Puriri Reginal park on the South Head penninsula. It is still a working farm but you are allowed to roam at will.
