    Default Genius of an Undiscovered Photographer

    Interesting article on nzherald.co.nz a couple of days ago.

    A young chap bought 1000 rolls of film at a storage locker repo auction, and stumbled upon the work of Vivian Maier, an undiscovered "photographer who chronicled the gritty drama and tender moments of street life in and around Chicago".

    He has since amassed 100,000 of her negatives, and has managed to scan 10,000 of them. After creating a blog of her work on Flickr, he has managed to organise a show of her work in Chicago.
