Could it be because I'm using Mozilla Firefox for the upload?

Added some tin foil inside my O-flash, as I found out that the first reflecting surface inside the plastic attachment is just a piece of cardboard....maybe that's part of the design? But the thing is not very bright so I thought its worth a try if if increases the light output by a couple of stops.

Sorry about the weird selfie... looks kinda creepy. Shot with 35mm Nikkor @ f/11 with the 580EX II at 1/16 power. I thought "Awesome, this is bright as now!"....sadly when I uploaded my photo I noticed I'd accidentally not checked my ISO...which was set at 2000.....doh!!

Anyhow, might use the faux ringflash in a shoot tomorrow to see if it works out or not...

That sparrow is super sharp! Nice photo.

Here's the O-Flash again, but put to better use...much better use

These shots are for an advert in an electronics magazine.

I actually only borrowed this lens but i thought it was awesome, it was also the first piece of L series glass i have ever used so i was impressed by it anyway.
I like exploring the slightly alternative side to photography so i probably would use it a bit but even if i got bored of it i could just use it as a prime.
