Agree that the content is more important. But a quick run through a de-banding process would not hurt.
I seem to be sensitive to it - it jumps out.
The last shot has plenty in the sky and the first lady smiling has it all over her shirt.

Tonight we had the Balloons over Waikato in Town. Washed out though, only one balloon got going as the wind was a little strong for the pussies flying the others.
But this Yank lady was as happy as to take off.

Is there still an airstrip at Kawerau Jos? Used to be alongside the rail yards at Tasman Pulp & Paper (guess it's not called that any more...)

Not too sure Derwood, there could well be, though I can't remember seeing a windsock anywhere there.

Its there but not used anymore (except as a Chopper pad) since the old NZFP days. NZFP maintained it as it was used by there planes for getting the Nobs down there from Auckland.

I have an excerpt on the Tokoroa Airfield and its early air services here http://tokoroa.info/
Must actually dig around and see whats in the archives we are dealing with at the moment on the Tasman strip and its services.

Cheers Arthur. I spent a lot of time at the Kawerau Field as a kid.

Nice shot Derwood, Norfolk seems nice and dramatic somehow.

That balloon shot would have been cool if you were lying on your stomach to give it some real drama, it looks like it could do with a contrast tweak to make it a bit more vibrant hope you don't mind me saying.
