1st wedding

Hey all,

Just popped up a few of my pics from a wedding I helped cover in the UK. The lead photographer and I are working together this summer in NZ for a few more weddings and shoots and from there who knows. Very interesting experience and quite unlike anything I've done before in terms of intensity. Lots of learning was had!

Very well done for what looks like quite challenging daylight (harsh) conditions . You've got some very interesting framing of your shots there.
The primary photog must be very pleased.

Good job mate, one of the best aspects of being a second shooter is being able to capture all those candid and in between moments which you have recorded quite well!

It was crazy harsh light! The ceremony was at midday and then the bridal party shoot straight after - aaah! The UK was experiencing a very uncharacteristic hot and sunny late September - I think it was about 30c on the day. So everyone was sweltering in their suits and wedding gear, made for some lovely shiny faces. But we had a heap of fun with everyone and the rest is history so they say. I can't wait to see the main photogs pics, she has quite a different style to me and intrigued to see her take.
