As a non-5D owner, the Mk 3 makes me want to head full frame even more. It looks like it would be a better all round camera with a good AF system and decent shutter speed, where as I always sort of looked at the MK2 as a studio/landscape camera.

Yes there is a headphone jack.

The 5D2 was mostly a studio / landscape / wedding camera.

5D3 is much more well rounded. Hopefully the improved sealing is good too.

But I would mostly use it as a landscape camera, so whats its advantage over the 5d2? Considering keeping the 7D for AF/sports etc and adding a 24tse is probably cheaper?

Extra $NZ2k(?) for the 5DIII would be hard to justify. Wouldn't be surprised if the 5DIII gets abit cheaper 12-18 months from now though(?).

Yes it will. The 5dII is currently $1500 cheaper in NZ than when it was launched.

Wellington Photographic Supples have announced otheir FB page that their stock will be instore tomorrow but they cannot officially sell them til the 22nd. And all the units are already accounted for. Might drop by to have a hands on play with one.
