Great set mate...lifting up the game each time. The first one's my favourite- would be great to see the setup.
#2 probably a tad too bright on the hand/forearm perhaps
To mess around with smoke, I actually went to the garage tonight and bought some cigarettes. I've never held a cigarette, never mind smoked one. The pictures of me attempting to smoke are horrific, so I went for another source of smoke instead (beans).

I got a cheap laptop from trademe and have been setting it up,one of the first sites i hooked up on was here..well Paul very much like your studio shots..but what i noticed on the dodgy screen of cheap laptop is that on your first image that your face is different as in from one side to the other , had a look on my good monitor..which set me thinking it is the light..just a tad to far back on your left..your smoke hat one is not like that nearly as much. Just my basic input so as always a pinch of salt :P
Do you mean the shadow?
Yes , the shadow side makes your eye look smaller and your lips look different from the side that is not so shadowed.
A test shot from tonight, on the roof of my home looking over the metropolis of Thames
Very cool![]()
Thames is a bit more built up than I thought!?!

I like the self shots, the square is good, I like your B/W conversions.
Kill the kicker catchlights in the eyes though, shows there was more than one light and makes the eyes look wet.
I took the liberty...

I'm honored to be remembered for a classic comment!
square format I meant, 6x6 film was great and you didn't need to tilt the camera and mess up the overhead fill flash.
A visitor wanted a picture taken tonight
a few more (the Ricky Gervais pose was a p*ss take)
Dam it boy put some line feeds between images and number then or title them.
I hate some I really love others, and since I am not a mono fan that says something
