Hampton Downs - June 2012

I have ditched my Nikon D70s and bought a Canon 60D and today was my first outing with it. I have to say I am well chuffed with it, however, it is a steep learning curve and just to add some extra difficulty nobody told me that Canon lenses zoom the other way round!
I haven´t sorted out any lenses yet other than the 18-55 kit lens so I had to be a bit creative. I think I will call these ´Motorsportscapes´:

Your lucky this lot here are quite friendlily and don't bite (Much )

2 and 5 are okay, 2 is still lacking sharpness but show a good attempt at a tracking shot, better than I have managed anyway.
5 maybe a little blown but not bad.

Looks like you've exposed for the sky though, and the foreground looks a little too dark. Easily fixed in post processing though.

I love the panned one, it is a great effect.
