Buy PT Gui then norty!
Tried to process a pano using PTgui, today. I got it cracked and have been using it for 3-4 weeks with no problem, until today.....I think I just got trolled by a piece of software.......
After some looking around on the web and not finding a solution that worked I then opened it up with Autostitch which worked, but for some reason will only blend the first 3 of the 7 photos togeather:
So next was Microsoft ICE, which worked the best so far, except the joins between the photos are quite visible:

i've never used it, but I recall Canon includes a software for photo stitching. Worth a try (and free too)?
I've heard the canon one is good, however I can't find it for download (can only get it on the CD's with a camera purchase), and I didn't keep my CD's that came with my camera thinking they were all junk :P

Autostitch outside of pt gui and gigapano is the most consistent software I have used , but it doesnt blend the sky too well (doesnt do raw or hdr either etc).
PT Gui is worth buying I do most of my pano's with it, sometimes though it gets it wrong and its easier to use photoshop than pt gui...

BUY THE SOFTWARE! Its not horrendously expensive, and if it does the best job why piss about?

Actually the one done by PTgui didn't really look that good, ICE did the best job of straightening the image but just doesn't blend the images together very well. AutoSticth lokks like it would have done the best job if it did more then half of the pano, I tried doing this with photomerge in photoshop but for some reason it gave me two pieces

I've been pleased with CS6 pano so far.

Gave you two parts so you can merge it twice to feel twice as good?
I had to LOL at the first image. Now thats copy protection![]()
