So.. White Island has a wee hissy after years of just cruising along, Tongariro wakes up the same week yet they say there's no link between the two? Not to mention how all those volcanoes all line up when viewed on a map? Hmmm..
Geologist was saying its a coincidence, sometimes they all go pop at once, sometimes they go on their own.
Theres also another one on the go too, produced 25,000sqkms of pumice! This one is an underwater volcano by the kermadec islands.
